After cementing her position as a prominent radio host, DJ, selector and full-time supporter and hero of the underground Emerald delivers her debut EP for UTTU.

A conceptual EP, Emerald was heavily inspired by 80s horror, iconography and futuristic dystopia.

Soundscapes were built and samples were taken from three of her favourite sci-fi movies, where the female protagonist notably challenges the male gaze.

The title track kicks off the story with the lowest in tempo of the ep, and the release builds in speed as the story reaches a climax.
